Step 1: Check out our various fabric options here. All the fabrics are unisex and will suit both men, women & kids. Most of the fabrics are cotton.
Step 2: Enter the Fabric number in the Fabric Box. If in case you may require a mix and match of fabric options, enter one of the fabric numbers in the fabric number box and mention the other one in the customization fields box.
Step 3: Select the size for the male, female, and kids. Check the size chart in the images section and also below.
Size Selection Tip:
For Females: If your chest measures 34 inches, then as per our size chart you can select 36 inches which corresponds to S size.

For Male: If your chest measures 38 inches, then as per our size chart you can select (S38) whose shirt will measure 40.5".

For kids: If your kid's chest measures 22, then select 24 chest size which corresponds to 2-3 Years.

Our indicated price consists of a maxi for women and a shirt for men, a shirt + Suspender + Bow for boys Or a frock for Girl. If in case your customization demands complicated work or more consumption of material, we may charge you extra. (We shall send you a payment link for the extra amount). Do not worry, we do not charge anything in 90% of the cases :)
Please note that the women's dresses do not come with a lining. You can turn on the lining check box for the same.
You can share the customization details in the text box below. You can also share any pattern references (Paste the link of any image that you find on the internet), any size customizations (you need to mention your body measurements. We will make the garments with allowances). Our designer will get in touch with you over the phone to confirm the customizations and clarify any doubts that you may have.
We don't accept returns for custom-made garments except for reason such as manufacturing defect (You need to have a video record of un-boxing). We have a free alteration policy in case you received garments that is not as per the size you have ordered. However, if you require a different size than the one ordered, we offer alteration at a cost.

All the orders are fulfilled by reliable courier partners.
All the orders in stock are processed within a time span of 24 hours to 72 hours. All the made to order products will be shipped in the time window as specified in the product description . The customer shall be notified by email when the product has been dispatched.
The product may reach you within a maximum timespan of one week. The company may not be held responsible for any further delays incurred by the delivery/courier partner.
The customer may track the product in the respective courier partner’s website.
International Shipping may attract respective shipping rates as per our courier partner. Kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any other queries in this regard.
Anveshana does not provide refund, and hence we do not have a refund policy. We only have an exchange policy.
Our Exchange policy lasts only up to 72 hours from the time of product delivery. If 72 hours have gone by since the product delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange.
All made to order and customized products are not eligible for returns as it is customized according to your preferences. We make the products according to the size mentioned by you. We offer free alterations in case we have not made the product as per the size (subject to due verification by our team). However if you would like to get altered, it will be chargeable.
If the package being delivered to you is in damaged condition, please refuse to accept the delivery. If in case, you may want the product to be returned due to it being damaged in a damaged packaging condition, we may refuse to accept your exchange request. Hence it is your responsibility to refuse the product right at the time of delivery in case of a damaged packaging.
Our product goes through rigorous quality check right during the time of manufacturing and after. In case of exchange request for reasons such as the fabric being torn or damaged, we need a proof such as video during the opening of the package.
While placing the order, you are expected to check our size chart and then order the correct size. We may not be able to fulfil your exchange request if in case you have selected a wrong size and want us to ship the correct size (For e.g., if your size is S, have ordered M and received an M). If in case we have sent you the wrong size, you are eligible for an exchange request. (For e.g., if you have ordered S, and received an M)
The product that you see on our website is the product that you get. There may be slight variations in the colour in your monitor/device due to its settings and resolution. In case you are not satisfied with our product, you may contact us at email@example.com. With a valid reason we may take up your exchange request on a case-to-case basis.
A product can be exchanged only once, beyond which the exchange policy shall not be applicable.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The products on sale are not eligible for return.
We strictly do not do refunds on your bank account. We only offer store credits in case if there is no other desirable product from our store.
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning the order number to receive the details of shipping address. As we are completely bearing the shipping costs, the return shipping costs shall not be born by us and you shall be responsible to pay the shipping costs for returning the item. The product details must be declared including the product value while shipping the product back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and an email will be sent to you with a Promo Code that shall contain the amount equivalent to the product, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
