Step 1: Visit our Rental Photoshoot Gowns Collection page and select the product that you are interested in. You shall be prompted to select the date in which you require the outfit. Proceed to place the order. Select Cash on Delivery while placing the order and provide your entire shipping details
Step 2: An advance & Caution Deposit of Rs. 5000 (or 2x the Rent, whichever is highest) has to be paid in advance to UPI ID - anveshana@kotak or get in touch with us on Whatsapp on 8110014014 to get our bank details.
Rent Calculation: The shown rent on the product page is for one day only. We ship through air mode & will ensure that you shall get the product on the day of your event (anywhere in India). Once you receive the product, kindly record a video of unboxing as a proof to report any abnormalities. You need to send the product back to us immediately on the same day. You must share the picture of the courier slip on the same day. The return shipping must be done through air mode in order for the product to reach us faster.
Caution Deposit Refund: Once the product is received at our place, we shall thoroughly examine the damage. We shall record a video of the unboxing as a proof of any damage. We shall deduct the rent, forward shipping charges and fines (if any such as damages or extreme hard stains) and refund you in 2-3 working days.
Product Care: You must ensure that the product is carefully handled throughout your photoshoot. You need not do any washing or cleaning. We shall take care of it at our end.
Sizing:: All our maternity photoshoot gowns comes with back knot and shall accommodate any size from S-4XL
Rescheduling & Cancelation: There will be a rescheduling fee of 30% of the rent. No cancelation charges if it is canceled within 24 hours. Anytime after 24 hours and before 72 hours of the selected date, 50% cancelation charges of the rent will be levied. Anytime after 72 hours of the selected date, 100% of the rent shall be with held.
