SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shipping Policy

All the orders are fulfilled by reliable courier partners. Orders in stock are processed within a maximum time span of 24 hours for readymade clothes and a range of 2 days to 6 days for made to order products ordered on our website. Any other Customised order discussed with our designer will be as per the agreed shipping timeline. 

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

At Anveshana, we strive to ensure timely and seamless delivery of your orders. However, in the event that a courier is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and returned to us for any reason, the following terms will apply:

  1. Re-dispatch Process:

    • Our team will contact you to arrange for the re-dispatch of your parcel.
    • Additional shipping charges will apply for rerouting the parcel, which must be paid prior to re-dispatch.
  2. Customer Communication:

    • If we are unable to reach you despite multiple attempts, your product will be safely held at our facility for a period of 30 days from the date of us receiving the product back.
  3. Product Handling After 30 Days:

    • If we do not receive any response or instructions from you within the 30-day holding period, the product will be deemed abandoned and will be managed at our discretion.

Made to order products

All the made to order products will be shipped in the time window as specified in the product description. The customer shall be notified by email when the product has been dispatched.

The product shall be despatched in the time frame as mentioned in the product page. Further delays, if any, from the delivery partner end can be escalated to anveshanaclothing@gmail.com. We can try to resolve them at the earliest

Tracking number will be provided, which the customer may use to track the product in the respective courier partner’s website.

International Shipping may attract respective shipping rates as per our courier partner. Kindly contact anveshanaclothing@gmail.com for any other queries in this regard.

Readymade products

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email will be sent with a link. You can also track it at our partner courier site.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Avenshana Clothing provides FREE shipping for all orders above ₹1500 in India. A shipping charge of ₹50 or sometimes free shipping, is payable only on orders below ₹1500.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days (Applicable for Express Shipping) in metros and most of the pincodes, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India (and Standard Shipping). Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Customers choosing Express Shipping gets the priority to process the orders. 
 

Exchange Policy

Made to Order

Anveshana Clothing does not provide refund for made to order clothes, we however, offer exchange policy which is subject to 72 hours from the time of product delivery. If 72 hours have gone by since the product delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange.

 All made to order and customized products are not eligible for returns as it is customized according to your preferences. We make the products according to the size & details mentioned by you. We offer free alterations in case we have not made the product as per the size (subject to due verification by our team). However if you would like to get altered, it will be chargeable.

If the package being delivered to you is in damaged condition, please refuse to accept the delivery. If in case, you may want the product to be returned due to it being damaged in a damaged packaging condition, we may refuse to accept your exchange request. Hence it is your responsibility to refuse the product right at the time of delivery in case of a damaged packaging.

Our product goes through rigorous quality check right during the time of manufacturing and after. In case of exchange request for reasons such as the fabric being torn or damaged, we need a proof such as video during the opening of the package.

While placing the order, you are expected to check our size chart and then order the correct size. We may not be able to fulfil your exchange request if in case you have selected a wrong size and want us to ship the correct size (For e.g., if your size is S, have ordered M and received an M). If in case we have sent you the wrong size, you are eligible for an exchange request. (For e.g., if you have ordered S, and received an M)

 

The product that you see on our website is the product that you get. There may be slight variations in the colour in your monitor/device due to its settings and resolution. In case you are not satisfied with our product, you may contact us at anveshanaclothing@gmail.com. With a valid reason we may take up your exchange request on a case-to-case basis.

For Customised printed products, the maximum size of the prints vary from 5” to 7.5” on one dimension. The illustration shown in the product picture is for a better viewing purpose and the actual dimension of the print on the product will vary depending on the position of the placement/size of the garment chosen. We shall not consider a return or replacement citing the above reason. 

A product can be exchanged only once, beyond which the exchange policy shall not be applicable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The products on sale are not eligible for return.

All refunds for made to order clothes will be refunded as store credits.

Readymade clothes

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

What are the terms of the exchange policy?
You can apply for an exchange for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.

Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.

How do I create a exchange request?
Please write an email to us at anveshanaclothing@gmail.com. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

I want to return the product and take a refund
All refunds for made to order clothes will be refunded as store credits.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Anveshana Clothing assumes no liability in this regard. What will happen if I do not get my delivery on time or delayed? 

The estimated delivery time is as shown in the order copy on the email that you receive while placing the order. The delivery date includes the order processing time and the delivery time. The delivery time is as mentioned in the final checkout page for express delivery and standard delivery. We ship to your pincode in the most suitable shipping service. It’s sometimes possible for the concerned local service provider of your pincode to provide a bad service and we may not be held responsible. Our responsibility is completed until shipping the right product to you in time. 

The delivery executive in your concerned area shall contact you during the time of delivery. In case you are not reachable over phone call, they shall attempt the delivery on next working day. If you’re not reachable once again, they shall return the shipment to origin (to us) and we may not be responsible for any order cancellations or refunds. Once the product returns back to us, we can re-ship it back on your confirmation but on extra charges.
